Our telephone exchanges and all servers of the contact centre are backed up on an online basis and are connected to an independent standby source of energy (UPS + diesel generator) which ensures permanent operation even in case of outage. Voice and data lines are provided to us by three independent telecommunication operators both through “optics” and “by air”, which is a guarantee of permanent services for our clients.
